Limitations

HornerXpress warrants its aggregate product. CrystalWorx Finishes Regular and Mini, against failure for lifetime from the completion date.

1. This warranty excludes damages due to workmanship, structural failure or physical abuse of the pool.
2. Pebble application techniques and pigment loss can result in color variations, shade and appearance. Such variations are not product defects. These natural variations are highlights of CrystalWorx Pool Finishes.
3. Due to the natural irregularities of components, some loss of pebble is to be expected.
4. HornerXpress will have twenty (20) working days after written request from the applicator is received to inspect the site. The applicator will have the right to repair the area of failure only at their option. It is understood that some cosmetic variation may result.
5. Under this warranty HornerXpress will furnish replacement material only for that which was found to be defective. Incidental and consequential costs, including but not limited to, water replacement, chemicals and loss of use of the pool are not covered.
6. Proper water chemistry is the sole responsibility of the homeowner. You must have your pool water tested monthly, and a reputable pool chemical company should keep records on hand.
7. This lifetime limited warranty is non-transferable and is only valid to the original Homeowner listed above.
